There were 6 glass towers - one for each concentration camp. There were 6 million numbers on the towers, collectively. The numbers represented the number tattoo that each person received upon entering the camp.
On the bottom panes, there were some heart-wrenching quotes, which were etched in black. Unfortunately, it was very hard to get a decent picture.
I Googled the some of the quotes for you to read.
I left there teary eyed. I was so incredibly thankful that I have never experienced anything even remotely close to the Holocaust.
