We had a wonderful time at the Mother / Daughter Banquet. The Banquet was held at the New London Plaza Hotel. Our theme was "Aprons". Christianne Hathaway brought forth a super devotional on Dorcas (Tabitha). Not much was mentioned in the Bible about Dorcas. Scripture tells us that when Dorcas died, the widows cried and showed off the robes that she had made. Christianne related how our lives can be like Dorcas' life in these areas... Attitude, Passion, Raising the Standard, Others, Never Giving Up (A.P.R.O.N). Very clever, huh? We had a wonderful time of fellowship!!! I look forward to next year!! ♥
