Christmas and Misc...

My goal is not to get stressed this year.  I think I'm doing a good job...so far.  I made a skirt for Gab - well in advance - not my usual "finish it the night before she needs it"  LOL

I've been making lots of lists.  To do list for Friday and Saturday, a menu list, a shopping list.  I'm sure I can come up with a few more lists - if I try!

Today the plan is to go food shopping and to do some cooking.  I'm making tons of cinnamon rolls (my new fun thing to do), a lasagna, cake pops (another new fun thing which I'll blog about soon), rolls, bread...umm...I think that's all.  Fun, Fun, Fun!!!  More pics to come!!!

Now for the misc.  I'm so thankful for the women at church (near and far) who are in my life.  I love them dearly!  They are such an example of Christ-likeness.  You know who you are and you all are so dear to me ♥

B.I.G. BOOKSTORE BLOWOUT 2011

Last Saturday, our church's bookstore had a HUGE blowout sale.  Everything was 50-75% off.  We sold LOTS of items!  It was a fun day.

Last Saturday we went to New York City, The Big Apple.  We had a blast there!  I know the girls want to blog about it so I will only post a few of my favorite pics :)

Cantata 2011

Our Church's Cantata was this past weekend.  Jake Jones was our choir leader with Miss Becca playing piano.  Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the cantata, but it was beautiful!!!

We had a full house on Sunday night!  Monday night was not a full house, but we did have a lot of visitors.

MY APPLE PIE!!

TUNA AND I STARTED COOKING EARLY.  I ACTUALLY MADE THE CRUST FOR THE PIES THE DAY BEFORE. =D   TUNA MADE HER (VEGAN) JELLO, PEELED POTATOES, AND SUGAR COOKIES (VEGAN). I MADE GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE, APPLE PIE, AND SOME OTHER STUFF.


    OUR WHOLE MEAL WAS VEGAN!!!!!!!!!!! EXCEPT FOR THE PUMPKIN PIE.  THIS YEAR WAS MY FIRST YEAR EATING PUMPKIN PIE AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT. D= SO SAD!!

    WE WENT OVER TO MISS STACEY'S HOUSE AFTER WE ATE. THE ADULTS PLAYED GAMES AND CHATTED. WE KIDS WENT DOWNSTAIRS AND MADE VIDEOS ON MY CAMERA. WE HAD A TOTAL BLAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS SOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN!
